A qualified technician licensed with the Department of Agriculture in the
state of Florida will come to your home and begin your treatment by doing an assessment
of your yard. They will look for breeding grounds, areas of concern and mosquito hiding
spots.
They will then apply a blend of synthetic chemicals that will both treat existing adult
mosquitoes and prevent future breeding on your property. Typically we will treat every 3
weeks for our synthetic barrier spray but this can be customized to be on shorter or
longer intervals if needed.
Similar to our synthetic service, a qualified technician licensed with the
Department of Agriculture in the state of Florida will come to your home and begin your
treatment by doing an assessment of your yard. They will look for breeding grounds,
areas of concern and mosquito hiding spots. They will then spray a blend of diluted
essential oils that act as an irritant to drive mosquitoes away. The spray will often
leave the yard with a very pleasant peppermint smell the afternoon of the treatment. Due
to the fact this treatment is an irritant and not meant to kill we recommend getting
sprayed at least every 2 weeks.
This service works well for customers who require a lot of pollinators in their yard and
works best for yards with lots of gardens and flowering plants.
Our mist systems are a great solution for homeowners who require complete
and daily control over their yard and are custom tailored to your individual household
and specific needs.
Prior to placing an order for a misting system one of our technicians will come walk
your property with you to get a sense for how to best set up your coverage. They will
walk the perimeter of the house, look at shrubs, foliage, gardening, pool decking, etc.
and discuss with the homeowner where different nozzles and risers may be placed around
the yard to maximize coverage and minimize appearance of the system.
Your system will have fully programmable digital controller, built-in agitator to keep
the misting solution mixed at all times (a must have in hot Florida weather), a remote
control that can start or stop a mist, a pressure valve to ensure all nozzles start and
stop with no drips, and so much more.
We offer both electric powered and solar powered solutions. Our solar panel mist systems
qualify for a 26% tax credit on the entire invoice amount of the system and we are happy
to get you the right documentation for your CPA to submit your credit when it’s time to
do your taxes.
